What Ask Olive costs
Choose a monthly plan, then pay list prices for extra use and for the files you keep with us. Plans are billed in US dollars, excluding VAT. Pick a currency below to see roughly what that is in yours.
The short version. Pick a quality level for each job. Typical jobs cost cents to a few dollars. Storage is a flat monthly block. Every job figure was measured on sample jobs with synthetic input. None of them is a quote.

Every plan includes the complete Ask Olive knowledge base. Plans differ by monthly allowance, not by project scale. Use beyond your allowance, and storage, are charged at the prices further down this page.

For an individual consultant or a small team getting started. Around 50 questions a working day.

Create an accountDocument requests and heavily processed questions use more of your monthly allowance than simple “how do I…” questions, so the figures assume a typical mix. Your monthly allowance is credit at the plan price: it goes into your balance, can be shared out to your projects, and expires 12 months after it is granted. It is not refundable. Credit you bought is refundable on request under our Refund policy.

By quality level. A token is roughly three-quarters of a word. You pay for what Ask Olive reads and for what it writes.

Storage launch pricing

Reserved storage, charged every month whether you use it or not. One block covers your files and your database data (database data counts six times its size), and includes 50 GB of data transfer out. Extra transfer is $0.15 per GB, whole GB, billed in arrears. Need more than 2 TB? Add $15 per extra 500 GB.
